To lose weight successfully, you must be persistent. You must maintain a winning attitude. Most people who are winners do have one very important common quality: they persist. They are tenacious and never give up.

Force yourself and your mind to be determined to win. Some people may succeed because they are destined to, but most people succeed because they are determined to.

Never Give Up

Giving up ultimately results in a defeat of your personality. It encourages you to develop further a defeat mentality instead of a winner mentality. Your self confidence deflates and you batter yourself down even more. It is hard to solve your problems without this inner power from self confidence.

If you are not correcting your problems with your actions, then come at these problems from a different direction. And if this new approach still doesn’t work, come at the problem with another approach, or another, until you find the solution to the problem. There is always a key to a problem; you sometimes just need to find it.

HCG True Diet Encourages Persistence

The True HCG Diet can sometimes be difficult. After all, eating only 500 calories a day may seem tough. However, it is actually not as bad as most people imagine. If they have the right attitude and persist in eating the defined diet, they actually do very well. They feel fine, have energy, and their appetite is controlled too.

They must persist in doing the program for it to work well. But this concept is true with any weight loss program. To be successful, you must persist in doing the program. If you keep this positive attitude, you will maintain that winning spirit and succeed too.

Never Talk Defeat

The first rule to persistence at anything is to never talk defeat. Don’t even allow these thoughts to run in your mind. When you start to think this, you can talk yourself into essentially accepting defeat. Negative language can be detrimental to your life, especially when it concerns achieving better health through weight loss goals.

Don’t use negative language, such as these words: No, Can’t, Delay, Too Difficult. Don’t rationalize that deficiencies in your life are causing you to not lose weight.

Instead, fill your mind and your conversation with positive language, such as I can, Energy, Positive, No problem. Think always that it is too soon to quit. Don’t let set backs get you down. Never accept defeat. Failure is the path of least resistance. Don’t allow yourself to go down that path.

Persistance Means The Refusal To Quit

As long as you persist and keep trying to meet your objectives, you will always embrace the hope of achieving your goals and objectives. If you think the situation is hopeless, your mind will rationalize even more negative ideas. These will simply fuel more thoughts of negativity and despair.

There will be times when you don’t lose as much weight as you would like. With the True HCG Diet, most people do lose ½ to 1 pound a day. If you lose the weight but then get on another plateau and don’t lose for a few days, don’t worry. Keep doing the program. Remember a wise thought: Falling down doesn’t make you a failure, but staying down does.

Always hold on to the thought that your actions will eventually result in your objectives for losing weight. Never stop trying or lose hope. Positive results will happen if you continue to eat correctly; especially if you add exercise and do it regularly every day.

After all, the odds are in your favor. If calories ingested are less than the calories expended, you win. In other words, if you exercise and burn up more calories than you are eating, you have to lose weight and win in the long run. Weight loss will happen. You’ll develop a better mind set. Plus you will develop a shapelier, fit and trim body. And when you look great, you feel great.
