A board certified Dermatologist, an anti-aging expert and former U. S. Navy Senior Flight Surgeon. Dr. Powell’s clinical and practical knowledge of medicine, dermatology, antiaging and cosmeceutical science provides a perfect blend of preventative and therapeutic wellness and antiaging care. Dr. Powell’s specialized training has covered the full spectrum of the newest and latest technological applications of cosmeceutical science and includes: Botox, Restylane, and therapeutic, anti-aging fillers. He is strongly committed to providing his patients with the latest advances in skin cancer treatment.

Dr. Powell is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in both Texas and Louisiana. He is a 1993 graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Powell served an Internship in Internal Medicine at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia and a Dermatology Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is a former Senior Flight Surgeon in the US Navy. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Harris County Medical Society.
