However, if you are in the third phase of the popular hormone based diet, you may still relish some snacks and desserts. You can make a number of yummy dishes for Christmas or thanksgiving even when you on third phase of HCG diet. They are very easy to prepare and you can find all the ingredients easily in market.

Creamy Whipped Cauliflower – You will need a midsized cauliflower, chopped into tiny florets to make the dish. Other ingredients include butter, white pepper, garlic powder, kosher salt, sour cream. First of all, stem the florets till they turn really soft. Drain the water and dry the cauliflower florets well. Keep the florets inside a blender. Then pour in butter and whip till the mix is creamy. Add other ingredients to the mix and blend again till everything is mixed really well. Add salt as per your taste and serve. You will relish the creamy and smooth texture of this dish.

Sugar Free Cranberry Relish – This takes just a few minutes to prepare and those who are not dieting will savor it a swell. The main ingredients are fresh cranberries, quarter of an orange, stevia and a chopped apple. You need to peel the apple before. Keep all the fruits inside a food processor and then mix everything till they are blended evenly. Pour the mix into a bowl and add stevia. You can chill the dish in freezer for some time and serve the next day.

Christmas Coconut Pie – The main ingredients needed to make this dish are 4 whole Eggs, shredded Coconut, vanilla cream stevia, Apple cider Vinegar, butter, coconut or cashew milk, Sea Salt, melted coconut flour and coconut flour. Blend the eggs, sea salt, milk, vinegar and stevia together. Then add some coconut oil and blend well. Add rest of the components to the mix and blend well. Then pour it into a pie shell and bake in oven at 350 degree temperature for half an hour. This can be served hot.

Based on the other foods you take throughout the day, you can use regular condiments to make the foods. However, using stevia instead of sugar is still better.
