HCG pork recipes that you can enjoy


In HCG diet, the restriction on food types proves to be a hassle for many candidates. There are many instances of obese men and women leaving the diet midway because they cannot cope up with dietary limitations imposed. However, with a little effort you can find some dishes that can be enjoyed during the diet. When you are in third phase of the diet, you can cook some delicious meat dishes. While the health experts recommend making meat dishes with chicken or turkey for HCG candidates, you can still enjoy occasional pork based dishes.

Pork with Greens and Beans for HCG diet – the main ingredients to make this dish are 2 pounds of pork shoulder, chili powder, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, cloves garlic, chicken stock, diced tomatoes. You can also use cannellini beans. Of course, you will have to remove fat from the meat before cooking. Combine red pepper, salt and chili powder together. Rub the mix on the pork meat and keep it in that condition for an hour or so. This dish should be cooked in slow heat. Pour the stock over pork and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours. Thereafter, break up the meat in small pieces. Then add diced tomatoes, escarole and beans and steam for 1 hour on same low heat. This can be served to 8 people.

Honey Garlic Pork Chops – To make this yummy dish, you will need honey, soy sauce, pork loin chops, and minced garlic. The pork should be devoid of fat. Mix garlic, honey and soy sauce. Thereafter, coat the pork chop pieces in the mix. Grill the pork chop pieces on mid heat till it become juicy and the hue changes.

Pork and Veggie Stir Fry for HCG The main ingredients needed for this dish is a pound of pork tenderloin. You will also need smashed garlic, canola oil, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, shredded cabbage, whole-grain mustard, low-sodium soy sauce, natural peanut butter, hot water, sesame oil. To make the dish, heat a skillet over mid heat and put some canola oil. When the oil gets heated, add the meat and stir frequently. Then remove the pork from skillet for some time. Thereafter add mushrooms, cabbage, garlic and carrots. Cook these for 5 minutes, while stirring in between. In the meantime, mix the mustard, peanut butter sesame oil, soy sauce in a bowl. Add hot water and whisk for some time till everything gets a smooth texture. Then pour sauce over all the vegetables and pour the tender pork over it. Cook it for a few minutes and stop when the sauce gets thicker. You can serve the dish with brown rice or whole-grain noodles.
