Tasty Puddings for HCG diet followers

It is not possible for HCG diet candidate to use sugar in many of the foods they eat during the regime. This makes many of them morose particularly the sweet lovers. However, you can use stevia and it is possible to prepare some desserts and sweet dishes using this natural zero calorie sweetener. There are a few dishes that can be prepared as desserts and you can safely eat them when adhering to this weight loss diet.  It will satiate your craving for sweet dishes without violating calorie limit.

HCG rice pudding

This is one yummy dish you can have while on HCG diet regime. You will have to use Shirataki Noodles and cut the noodles in small pieces. Along with noodles, you will also need to use ground nut meg, Cinnamon powder, Stevia, an egg, Atkins vanilla shake and salt. To make the dish, boil the milk, noodles and salt till the rice gets tender. It may take 20 minutes or so and drug this time you will have to stir the milk. It will stop the rice from sticking to the bottom of pan. Now, blend stevia with egg in another bowl. Add this mix to the pan. Now put it on low heat and boil for 10 minutes or so. Before putting off the flame, add vanilla and mix raisins and cinnamons.

Vanilla Coconut Milk Pudding

This yummy pudding is fit for HCG candidates while are either in phase 2 or 3 of the diet regime. The main ingredients needed are 1 can Thai coconut milk, stevia, water, vanilla. You will also need to use salt and Knox gelatin packet.

To cook the dish, blend Thai coconut milk with all other ingredients except gelatin and then whip it using food processor or mixer. Then add Knox gelatin to it and mix well so that the texture remains smooth.  Next, add some boiling water to the mixture slowly.  After that, keep the bowl in refrigerator for 8 hours or so. You can also use chocolate flavor instead of vanilla if that is what you like. This dessert tastes best when served chilled.
