HCG Lemon Shrimp and spinach

To make this yummy dish, you will need to use 100 grams of de-veined and peeled shrimp. Apart from that, you will also need to use spinach, lemon juice, water, minced garlic, black pepper and salt. At first, heat a pan over medium flame. Add water, shrimp and garlic to it. Cook for a few minutes and see if the shrimp has become tender or not. Then sprinkle the juice of a lemon over the shrimp. Next pour salt, pepper and spinach to the pan. Cook for some time and serve hot.

HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp

To make this dish, you will need some vegetable broth, crumbled Melba Toast, 100 grams of shrimp. You will also have to use Chopped Parsley, salt and pepper. At first, preheat the oven to 450 degree. Then blend ingredients like Parsley, Melba toast, Garlic and broth. Put shrimp on baking dish and top with garlic and Melba. Then season it with pepper and salt. Then bake the shrimps for 12 minutes or so. After taking the shrimp out from oven, sprinkle some lime juice over them and serve piping hot.

HCG Lemon Mustard Broiled Chicken

To cook this dish, you will need 100 grams chicken, lemon juice, mustard, oregano. Apart from these, you will also have to use cayenne pepper and black pepper. Heat the chicken on one side in broiler for 10 minutes or till it gets browned. Then add the remaining ingredients in a bowl well. Then carefully put the blended mixture on the chicken. Flip the meat and coat on all sides. Then broil the meat again for 5 minutes.
