HCG white fish and shrimp recipes that you can relish

For the obese men and women who aspire to lose weight it is very important to maintain the amount of protein in their diet. Without adequate protein intake, the metabolism process gets hampered. This is also true for the HCG diet followers. This weight loss diet requires you to comply with strict nutrient based and calorie restricted foods. There are a number of white fish and shrimp based dishes you can try for this purpose. These yummy dishes will give your taste buds a refreshing break from vegetable oriented menus.

Baked Tilapia– Top make this dish, you will need chopped garlic, lemon slices, Fresh lime juice, Organic Balsamic Vinegar, cherry tomatoes and pepper. Take 100 grams of tilapia. To cook it, keep the fish in foil and then mix all ingredients. Close the foil and bake for 15 minutes or so.

Boiled Shrimp- You will need 100 grams of shrimp, apple cider vinegar, seafood seasoning and water. At first, add apple cider vinegar, water and seasoning with shrimp. Boil everything in a pan on heat. When shrimp becomes tender, remove it from water. Thereafter put the shrimp in cold water. Drain the water and serve with salad.

Curried Broiled Fish– To make this dish, you will need 100 grams fish, lemon, sliced tomato and curry seasoning. To cook it, heat a pan on flame and put the fish in it. Squeeze lemon juice on top of fish. Then sprinkle the curry seasoning and tomato slices on fish. Boil for 10 minutes or so until the tomato gets tender and serve hot.

Garlic Shrimp with Lemon- You will need 100 grams of peeled shrimp to make this dish. Other ingredients include broth, chopped parsley, pepper, minced garlic, salt and lemon. First of all, heat the oven to 450 degree temperature for a few minutes. Blend ingredients like parsley, garlic and broth in a bowl. Put the shrimp on baking dish and season with pepper and salt. Bake it for 12 minutes or so. Squeeze lemon juice on top and serve hot.

Stir fried Asparagus and Shrimp- To prepare this dish, you will need 100 grams of de-veined and peeled shrimp. Other ingredients include minced garlic, fresh ginger and asparagus. At first, add ginger, garlic and shrimp to a pan. Add a small amount of water and stir fry for 5 minutes. Cut the asparagus into small pieces. Then remove shrimp from pan and pour the asparagus into it. Sprinkle a little amount of Bragg Liquid Aminos and again stir fry for a few minutes. Again add the shrimp to the pan and cook for a few minutes.

Shrimp Stuffed Tomato- To cook this dish, you will need 100 grams shrimp, pre cooked. Other ingredients include lemon juice, tomato, pepper, parsley, and salt. Process the shrimp in food processor first. Then blend chopped shrimp, pepper, salt, lemon juice, parsley in a bowl. Refrigerate this mixture for an hour or so. Before serving, scoop out tomatoes inside and pour the chilled mixture carefully.
