Yummy HCG Diet Turkey Recipes for phase 3

This holds true for fat women and men who are adhering to HCG weight loss diet as well. In this weight loss diet driven by hormone, keeping watch on daily calorie intake is important. As you proceed in this weight loss plan, you are allowed to consume more calories. However, you should not start gorging on foods you love randomly! To benefit the most from this diet, you need to be careful about the maintenance phase foods as well. In phase three of HCG diet, you can add animal meat dishes including turkey to your meals.

Below listed are some yummy turkey based recipes that you can try in phase 3 of this weight loss diet.

Lemon Garlic Turkey Breast- You will need 5 pounds of turkey with skin removed. Along with the meat, you will also need 2 lemons, pepper, olive oil, minced parsley, garlic cloves and kosher salt. To cook the dish, pour 3 spoons of olive oil in the frying pan. Now, insert sliced garlic in turkey meat by making slits. Tub the meat with kosher salt, parsley and pepper. Place the meat amidst lemon slices and cover the pan. Cook for a few hours on slow heat until the meat gets tender.

Asian Turkey Meatballs- To make this dish, you will need 1.5 pounds ground Turkey meat, chopped     cilantro, scallions, sesame oil and soy sauce. It will be necessary to use minced garlic and grated ginger root. Preheat the oven to 350 degree temperature. Blend all ingredients to make a dozen meatballs. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake them for 20 minutes or so.

Chipotle Turkey Burgers-You will need a pound of ground turkey to prepare this dish. You will also need half cup of chopped onions, chopped cilantro, chopped chipotle peppers, black pepper, garlic powder and salt. To complete the dish, you will have to use 4 slices of mozzarella cheese. You can preheat the onions in microwave to soften them a bit. Mix the turkey with all other ingredients in a bowl well. Make this into 4 patties. Cook the burgers using grill for 5 minutes. Before the burgers get ready, place mozzarella slices on them.

Turkey Parmesan– To make this yummy dish, you will need Italian seasoning, olive oil, mozzarella cheese, pasta sauce, grated Parmesan cheese. You will also have to use turkey breast cutlets worth 1 pound and half cup of pine nuts. At first, preheat the oven to 350 degree temperature. Blend the pine nuts with Parmesan and Italian seasoning well till they get blended well. Next, dredge the turkey cutlets in this mixture well. Next, heat the oil in a skillet. Cook the cutlets for a few minutes on each side. Then place the cutlets on frying pan and pour pasta sauce on them. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on them and bake for 15 minutes or so.
