Sauces and dressings you can use while adhering to HCG diet

When you want to get rid of stubborn body fat, a few options are there apart from exercise. You can choose from several weights loss diets. The diet followers find it excruciatingly tough to pick up foods. They often complain about surviving on bland and non spicy foods they have to eat. On the other hand, they feel afraid to eat fat laden foods. For followers of HCG diet, this can be even more difficult. They have to worry about maintaining daily calorie intake limit. If you are adhering to HCG diet and find majority of foods failing to satisfy your taste buds, there is a way out. You can use some low fat salad dressings and sauces to enhance taste of the dishes without exceeding the recommended calorie limit.

Apples with Strawberry Sauce – To make this yummy dish, you will need a midsized apple, 3 strawberries and vanilla Creme Stevia. First, you will have to slice the apple and put the slices on a dish. Next, mash the 3 strawberries with fork and pour Creme Stevia to turn it into a sauce. Thereafter, pour the sauce over apple slices.

Citrus Dressing – To make this dressing that can be used with several salad dishes, you will need apple cider vinegar, a spoon of lemon juice, stevia, garlic powder and some water. Blend all ingredients well together and keep in a fridge.

Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing – To make this great tasting dressing, you will need to use half a dozen strawberries. You will also need a spoon of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Use cayenne and salt as desired. Some people also add ground black pepper and stevia. You need to mix each and every ingredient in a food processor well for few minutes. When the mixture gets a smooth texture pour it over green salad. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and ground black pepper. This can also be used as a sauce for chicken dishes for HCG diet.

Dill Dressing – To prepare this dressing, you will need 2 spoons of water, dried dill and dried basil. You will also need some amounts of garlic powder, onion powder and dry mustard. To top it all, apple cider vinegar need so be used. Blend everything well in a mixer grinder for some time and store.

Strawberry Syrup – You will need 6 strawberries to make this syrup. With it you will need 12 drops Stevia and some water. Pour all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. You will have to microwave the mixture for 3 minutes and so. When the fruits dissolve completely, the syrup will be ready for serving.

Oriental Salad Dressing – You will need to use HCG safe MCT oil and zero fat cottage cheese to make this dressing. Apart from these, you will also need Bragg Liquid Aminos, apple cider vinegar and some stevia. You will have to blend the ingredients in a food processor and blend till the mixture becomes really smooth. It can be used for 4 servings.

Strawberry Jam minus sugar – You will need 2 cupfuls of strawberries to make this jam. You will also have to use some water and 3to 4 stevia packets. To make the dish, you will have to blend the fruits well into a pan. Then add stevia and water. Blend everything well for few minutes. Boil this mixture on medium heat for a few minutes. To ensure the mix does not get stuck to the pan, keep stirring. Then reduce the flame and simmer for a couple of minutes. Then put off the oven and pour the jam into jar and allow it to cool. It can be stored in refrigerator.
