HCG Zucchini recipes you will relish

For weight loss aspirants who are on HCG diet, selecting right foods can be quite difficult. They need to adhere to a strict calorie intake limit at all times. Therefore, they have to discard a lot of foods they love and feel skeptical about eating other foods. However, the good thing is that you can eat plenty of vegetables that are low fat and rich in fiber. One example is zucchini. This tasty vegetable can be used to prepare a number of yummy dishes that HCG diet candidates can eat without worry. You can use it with meat to make protein dishes as well.

Zucchini & Eggs – This is suitable for weight loss aspirants who are in second phase of HCG diet. It packs in 125 calories and hence you can use it with a side dish in meals. You will need to take a zucchini with minced garlic and chopped onion. Use salt and water as required. Sauté the vegetables together for a few minutes and then add some water to it. However, you can also add broth and cook till everything becomes tender. Then, pour in an egg and 2 egg whites in it. Cook till the egg becomes firm and sprinkle pepper and salt.

Zucchini Spaghetti HCG –You have to prepare spaghettis sauce and zucchini noodles separately for making this dish. To make zucchini noodles, slice 4 medium zucchini very thinly. You can also use cheese garter to shred the vegetable. In a large pan, add some olive oil and sauté the sliced zucchini for some time. Put off flame when the vegetable is semi tender. To make the spaghetti sauce, a lot of ingredients will be needed. You will have to use extra lean ground beef, chopped onion and garlic, tomato paste, stevia, dried basil, Italian seasoning and dried oregano. Add pepper and salt as per your choice.

To make the dish, take a large sauce pan and put it on flame. Add the crumbled ground beef, garlic and onion. Cook the meat for some time till the meat gets brownish. Then reduce the heat and add other ingredients one by one. Stir for a few minutes and simmer for another 10 minutes or so. Add the arm zucchini to it and mix well before serving.

Zucchini Provencale -This dish can be taken with any protein. To make this dish, you will require 200g Zucchini sliced. You will also have to use onion, garlic, fresh tomato, oregano, thyme, fresh basil and black pepper. Use salt as much you need. Saute onion in a pan and then add some water. Add the zucchini and cook it till it becomes brown. Then add garlic along with other ingredients.

Creamy Zucchini Soup – This dish is ideal for phase two candidates. To prepare this yummy soup, you will need vidalia onion, sliced zucchini, low-fat cottage cheese and minced garlic. Other required ingredients are a cup of chicken broth, pepper and salt. At first, sauté the garlic and onion in a pan and add some broth. When it gets tender, add sliced zucchini.  Blend cottage cheese in blender with some broth till it becomes creamy. Pour the creamy mix on the pan and heat it up. Cook until it gets really dense and smooth. Serve with salt and pepper sprinkled on top.
