Beef and Broccoli with Ginger Sauce for HCG diet

This is a low sodium dish and suitable for candidates on phase 2 of HCG diet. To make it you will need 3.5 ounces of Beef, tenderloin. Other ingredients include chopped raw onions, fresh chopped broccoli, minced garlic, and ginger, salt. You will also need Corn Starch and water. You will have to slice beef meat in thin pieces. Then add minced garlic to marinate the meat. Thereafter, slice the onion and fry in pan until it gets brown. You can use a dash of olive oil as well. After that, add the beef meat and put the pan on medium flame. When the meat becomes tender, add fresh broccoli to the pan. Stir and fry for a few minutes until the meat becomes really soft. Add water and pour ginger, remaining garlic with corn starch. Serve the food while it is hot.

Broccoli Slaw

You can use this dish in both phase 2 and 3 of HCG weight loss diet. You will need 2 heads of broccoli along with a carrot and a cup of shredded red cabbage to make it. Shred all ingredients in a food processor well. Serve with a dressing without fat.

Steamed Broccoli with Lemon Sauce

To make this dish, you will require a pound broccoli. You will also need some butter, spoonful of Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Steam the broccoli until it becomes soft. Drain the water well. Melt the butter using microwave and add Dijon mustard and lemon juice to it. Blend everything well and pour on steamed broccoli.

Broccoli soup

For making this dish, you will need a cup of chopped broccoli, diced onion, garlic cloves and skimmed milk. For seasoning, you can use Italian seasoning, bailey leaves and small amount of black pepper. Boil everything until the broccoli gets really tender. Serve with the seasoning.

HCG friendly Broccoli salad

To make this tasty salad you will need 2 cups of broccoli, orange juice, ground mustard and stevia. Apart from these, you will also need chopped red onion, skimmed yogurt. Mix stevia with mustard, yogurt and orange juice in a bowl. Next, pour the onion and broccoli to the bowl. Blend everything well and then keep in a refrigerator for half an hour.

Italian Broccoli and Herbed Fish

This is a tasty and nutritious meal for HCG dieters. You will need 3.5 ounce of boneless white fish along with same amount of chopped broccoli. You will also need a sliced tomato, salt, pepper, lemon and herbs like basil, thyme and oregano. Blend the fish slices with salt, pepper and other spices well. Now, pour the lemon juice over the fish. Cook the fish in low heat and add some water. Pour the tomato and broccoli. Cook till the fish gets tender.
