HCG chilly based recipes for different phases


When you try a weight loss diet, selecting suitable foods can turn out to be a hassle for you. You have a hard time refraining from several foods you love. At the same time, you feel skeptical about eating some foods because you are unsure whether they are suited for your diet or not. However, things can be tougher if you are adhering to HCG diet. In this diet plan, adhering to recommended calorie intake limit is of importance. To make your foods tasty without taking in more calories, you may try a few chili based recipes. Chili makes foods tasty and it does not contain fat or cholesterol enhancing ingredients. Chili based HCG recipe will delight your taste buds and help in fat burning process.

HCG Chili beef– You will savor this dish at lunch or dinner while adhering to the diet. To make it you will need ingredients like 100 grams of lean ground beef, chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, minced onion, chili powder, onion powder and garlic powder. You will also need to use oregano, salt and cayenne pepper. In a frying pan, cook the beef till the meat becomes tender. Then add garlic and onion to it. Put in water and tomatoes. Thereafter, add remaining spices to the pan and simmer the mixture till the gravy thickens. Serve the dish with green onions

HCG Sweet Hot Chili- This recipe is well suited for candidates who are in phase 1 of the diet program. To prepare this dish, you will need 95% Lean Ground beef. You can use 1 pound of meat. You will have to use chopped garlic, Onions, sliced celery, Stewed Tomatoes, Beef Broth, and Lemon. Other ingredients to cook the dish include Smoked Paprika, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes, Oregano and Cumin. First, you will have to cook the beef without oil and pour some water. Keep it aside for some minutes. Then sauté onions and garlic without using oil till they get a brown hue. Add the beef to pan and squeeze lemon juice on top of it. Next, mix all other ingredients to pan and boil for some time. Simmer for half an hour to reduce broth.

HCG Turkey Chili– You will need to use 20 ounces of Ground White Turkey meat to make the dish. Other ingredients needed include water, basil, cumin, thyme, cayenne, salt, minced garlic, onion.  Cook the meat with onion and garlic until it gets soft. To ensure it does not stick to bottom of the pot, add some water. In a large pan, blend all ingredients with meat and cook on medium heat for some minutes.

HCG Cabbage Chili– This recipe can be used in phase 2 of HCG diet. You can use either chicken breast or lean ground beef and 100 grams of meat should suffice for making one serving. Other ingredients are ripe tomato, cabbage, thyme. You will need to use water, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic and oregano. Use pepper and salt as per your taste. At first, cook meat for some minutes to make it soft. Then add spices along with water to it. When water gets quite hot, add the cabbage to the pot. When the cabbage gets soft, add the tomatoes. Cook in simmering heat until all ingredients get mixed.
