HCG Orange Ginger Chicken

To cook this yummy dish, you will need 100 grams of chicken, cut into small chunks. Two orange cut into 4 pieces, black pepper, basil, ginger root and lemon juice will also be required. Besides, you will also need garlic in minced form. To cook the dish, pre heat the cooking pan in medium flame. Sprinkle the cut chicken pieces lightly with pepper. Pour the chicken to heated pan and stir fry until the meat becomes brown on all sides. It should take 10 minutes or so. Then add garlic to it and cook for another couple of minutes. Next, squeeze orange juice over the chicken. Now, peel and separate the other orange into small pieces. Next, add orange slices, lemon juice, basil and ginger. Simmer the entire mix for another 20-30 minutes. Serve it hot with meal.

Orange Spice Dessert for HCG

If you want to have desserts while on HCG diet, this one is surely for you. To make this dessert, you will need one orange, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, small amounts of nutmeg, ground cloves. Peel the orange and keep the slices in a small bowl. Blend the other spices in another small dish. Microwave the liquid mix for 2 seconds or so. Pour it on the orange slices and serve.
