HCG Maintenance Phase recipes that will not do you harm at all


When you enter the maintenance phase in HCG weight loss diet, it can give you a mixed feeling. On one hand, you feel good that the food restrictions are somewhat lifted. On the other hand, you feel worried about the prospect of gaining back the excess weight you have shed. However, there are some maintenance phase HCG recipes that you can try making at home. These are quite easy to prepare and they will not push you towards obesity as such!

HCG Sweet Apple– To make this dish, you will need a midsized apple, half cup of cottage cheese, a pack of truvia and some cinnamon. Slice the apple into several small pieces. Next, blend all other ingredients. Pour the mix onto the apple. Put it in refrigerator for some time and serve cold.

HCG Popcorn Shrimp– You will need 3 pounds of shelled raw shrimp to make this dish. You will also need 4 crushed melba toast rounds and one egg white. To prepare the dish, pre heat your oven to 450 degree temperature. Keep the melba toast crumbs inside a small bowl and place the egg white in other bowl. Dip the shrimps in egg and then wrap them in crumbs. Place them on cookie sheet. You need t do this for all the shrimp pieces. They need to be baked in the oven for 10 minutes or so.

Beefy French Onion Soup- You can use Cambell’s Beef Consomme and a 10 pound pack will suffice. You will also need to use water, onions, dried thyme, 2 pounds of beef sirloin steak that are grilled and thinly sliced. Other required ingredients include margarine and salt. First of all, you need to place chopped onions I the soup pot and put it on mid flame. Pour in thyme, salt and margarine. It needs to be covered and cooked for 40 minutes or so. Then add beef consommé, beef slices and water. This needs to be cooked for another 10 to 12 minutes.

Cream of Broccoli Soup for HCG 3rd phase –To make this yummy vegetable dish, you will need a onion, celery stalk, 8 cups of broccoli, 3 cups of chicken broth, 2 cups of skimmed milk and 16 ounces of non fat cottage cheese. You can add salt as much you need. At first, chop the celery and onion. Now blend these with some amount of chicken broth and heat the mix for a few minutes. Now add the remaining broth along with 8 cups broccoli. Cover the pan and cook in slow heat for about 10 minutes. After the broccoli pieces get softer, blend everything well. Then add the cottage cheese and milk to it. The soup needs to be cooked for another 15 minutes.

Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers for HCG 3rd phase– To make this delicious and healthy dish, you will need about 200 grams of cream cheese, a few strips of cooked turkey bacon, dried basil and a pack of mini bell peppers. At first, you need to soften cream cheese and add basil and bacon to it. Then cut the peppers in half and leave stems whole. Stuff the peppers with the mixture. Then bake the peppers stiffed with the mix for 20 minutes at 375 degrees approximately. This should be served hot. .

HCG Phase 3 Nutty Granola– You will need plenty of nuts and seeds to prepare this dish. You will need to get 1.5 cups of sliced almonds, a cup of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. All of these need to be unsalted. Apart from these, you will also need 1.5 cups shredded coconut, cinnamon, 6 packs of stevia and pure vanilla extract. Other ingredients include coconut oil, water, and salt.

To make the dish, pre heat your oven to 350 degrees temperature. Put in a large baking sheet. Now combine the seed and nuts in a midsized bowl. Blend the salt and cinnamon. Now blend the stevia, water, vanilla and oil. Now you need to heat this liquid in a microwave oven until the stevia dissolves. Once that is done, add it to the nut and seed mixture to coat it well. Now, keep the coated nuts and seeds in prepared pan. This needs to be baked for half an hour. Move it from oven and stir well for a few minutes. Now bake it for another half an hour until the mixture gets browned and rather crispy. After it cools down totally, store in an airtight container.
