HCG friendly salmon recipes you can try

Just because you are on a diet, there is no necessity to discard every food you like. Yet, diet followers find it a daunting task to get right kind of foods. This is quite evident for followers of HCG diets. They always feel worried about selecting right kind of foods because they are not allowed to eat foods that are rich in calories. However, even when you are adhering to HCG weight loss plan, it is possible to cook some yummy fish dishes that can appease your taste buds but keep calorie intake within limits. Salmon, particularly wild salmon can be used to cook such HCG friendly fish dishes.

HCG friendly grilled salmon with mustard

To prepare this delicious dish, you will need wild salmon fillets, half cup of vegetable broth, Yellow Mustard Seed, Sugar Free Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce, Lemon JuiceĀ  and Seasoned Rice Vinegar. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Boil the broth for a few minutes first. In the meantime, top the salmon fillet with mustard seed and mustard sauce well. Now, fry the fish fillet in high heat in broth for a few minutes. Thereafter, add lemon juice and vinegar to it. Put everything in oven and boil for 15 minutes. In a pan, boil a small amount of water. Add some spinach leaves, though it is up to your taste. Stir this mix and heat briefly. Then take it out and drain the water. Add celery seed and lemon juice to the leaves and pour over cooked salmon.

Salmon with Pistachio, butter and basil

This dish should be tried in the last phase of HCG diet. The main ingredients include shelled pistachios, 1 clove garlic, dried basil, lime juice, small amount of butter, and 6 pound of salmon fillet. Other than these, you will need pepper and salt. To make the dish, you will have to blend garlic cloves, basil leaves and pistachios in a mixer or food processor for some time. Ensure these are blended well. When the mixture is smooth, add some lime juice and butter to it. Mix pepper and salt with it and leave the mixture in a bowl in fridge for a night. Next day, butter a large baking dish. Heat the oven to a temperature of 400 degrees. Sprinkle water and lime juice over fish fillets and then bake for a few minutes. Then place the pistachio mix on each fillet and bake again for 5 minutes.
