HCG diet snacks that you can eat without worry


Losing weight can be quite an ordeal for a majority of obese population. When you want to adhere to a diet, discarding foods you like can be quite tough. Things are even tougher for followers of HCG weight loss diet. In HCG weight loss diet, you have to keep close watch on daily calorie consumption. For many people this results in ruling out snacks and breakfast as well. However, if you are careful and eat carefully prepared food throughout the day, having light snacks will not make you deviate from your target. You can use some fiber rich vegetables and fruits to make snacks during this phase as well.

Lemon Cucumber for HCG Diet

To make this healthy HCG friendly snack, you will need to use a couple of sliced cucumbers. With that, you will have to take two chopped onions, stevia, some vinegar, black pepper, lemon juice and salt. If you think suitable, add a sliced hilly to it. Put everything in large bowl. Blend all the ingredients well and keep the bowl in fried for some time. Serve chilled after a few minutes.

Caribbean Cucumbers for HCG

To make this dish, you will need a large cucumber and slice it into tiny pieces. Apart from that, you will need an onion, sliced. Other ingredients include fresh lime juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and some water. To make the dish, blend lime juice, onion and cucumber well in a bowl. Pour hot water and salt over the cucumbers. Toss everything well and thereafter put the bowel in a refrigerator for some minutes.

HCG friendly tomato soup

To make the dish you can take around 200 grams of red tomatoes, clove garlic and water. Other required materials are basil, black pepper, onion powder, and salt. You will have to cut tomatoes in 2 pieces, each of them. Boil them for 5 minutes or so and wait till the outer skin gets somewhat blackened. When the tomatoes cool, remove the seeds and outer skin. Heat some water in a saucepan. Add some onion powder to it and cook for a few minutes. Continue stirring and cooking for another few minutes after adding garlic powder. Meanwhile, put all the tomatoes in a mixer grainier and blend until they become smooth and turn into pulp. Next, add tomato puree into the boiling water and pour in rest of water as well. Add the basil next and stir well with pepper and salt. Simmer the entire mix for a few minutes and it will be prepared.

Fish Stuffed Tomatoes

This is a nice appetizer and snack that you can have during pangs of hunger. As a matter of fact, you can make the dish even after you have completed the regime. You will need 100 grams of fish, cooked and boneless. Other ingredients for the dish include tomatoes, lemon juice, parsley, pepper and salt as per your need. You will need to put the fish in a food processor to smoothen it.  Then blend the fish mass with everything except tomato. Then keep it in a fridge for half an hour or so. When you want to serve, cut the top part of each tomato and scoop out the seeds and inside mass. Blend seasoned fish with tomato mass and then put it inside the body.
