HCG diet friendly Chicken recipes that will satisfy your taste buds

HCG Chicken Paprika

If you love chicken cooked in a spicy manner, you may try a dish called HCG chicken paprika. It will help your body in burning fat and appease your taste bud at same time. For making this dish, you will need 100 grams chicken. Other ingredients required for making the dish are half cup water, tomato paste, a spoonful of paprika, a spoon of chopped onion. For spices, use a bay leaf with a minced clove and garlic. Add pepper and salt to suit your taste. To cook the dish, mix chicken, water, onion and garlic. Blend it well with spices and tomato paste. Simmer the chicken for 20 minutes or so. When the gravy will get thick, put off the flame. Before serving the dish, add parsley for garnishing and top it with tomato slices. When you complete the diet duration, little olive oil can be added to sauté the chicken.

Stuffed Chicken Rolls

For this dish, you will need 100 grams of chicken breast. Vegetables like spinach, onion will be needed. For spices, you will need garlic, cayenne pepper, salt. Apart from these, you will have to use half cup chicken broth and a spoonful of lemon juice. The chicken needs to be made tender for some time before you proceed with cooking. In a pan, cook garlic, spinach with other spices lightly. After that drain out the water and place the spinach in the chicken pieces. Roll up mixture of spinach inside chicken breast. Next, place the rolls in baking dish and slowly add chick broth to a pan. The rolls should be baked at 350 degrees temperature for 20 minutes.

Low fat chicken curry

Even when you are adhering to weight loss diet, you can have chicken curry in lunch or dinner a few times in a week. To make HCG friendly chicken curry, you will need 100 grams chicken, cut in cube shaped pieces. You will also need one fourth cup water or chicken broth. Little amounts of garlic powder, onion powder and turmeric will also be needed. To make the dish appealing to your taste buds, you should add a spoonful of minced onion along with Cayenne and pepper. Take a small saucepan and mix spice sin chicken broth well. Next, add chicken, garlic and minced onion to the gravy. Thereafter, sauté this mixture until the amount of liquid reduces almost by half. You may add water later. This dish should be served hot.

Lemon Chicken

Yummy lemon chicken suited for HCG diet can be cooked within half an hour at home. For this dish, you will need 100 grams spoon minced onion. For spices, use saffron, ground coriander, pepper, salt, and ginger. Lemon slices and juice will also be needed. To cook this, marinate saffron in lemon juice and later crush it to make paste. Blend it with dry spices and then soak chicken pieces in this mix. After rubbing pepper and salt on chicken, bake pieces for 25-30 minutes and check if the pieces have become soft.
