Fruits Allowed on HCG Diet

Your lunch and dinner menu can be the same. Dinner should also include one serving of fruit. You can any approved fruit as dessert. Or you can have it as a snack after you finish having dinner.
Fruit is very important for HCG diet. It is true that the major advantage of fruit is to get nutrients.
