After you complete the various phases of the HCG diet, would you be able to retain the figure you get? The answer to this depends on the lifestyle changes you imbibe from this dietary regime in your daily life. Your attitude towards life and health is the determining factor in this regard.

If you forget all about restrictions, and live on hamburgers and French fries, you would put on all the weight you lost. However, if you incorporate a few simple changes in your life, you could stay slim for the rest of your life. Here are a few suggestions for you.

Opt for healthier ingredients and methods in your daily cooking. Maintain as much as possible of the dietary restrictions. Use olive oil and fat free seasonings to spice up your daily food. Opt for boiling, steaming, roasting, and such others instead of frying.

Always opt for cleansing procedures for your body. These would help rid of the toxins that build up in your body. Go for such sessions on a regular basis.

Do light exercises on a regular basis. Do not compromise on this one. Walk for at least an hour on a daily basis. Incorporate little changes like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, going on foot to the nearby store instead of taking your car, and so on.

Avoid saturated and Trans fat and sugar as much as possible. Fast food has loads of these culprits that build up body fat; this is why it is better to stay away from these.

Cultivate a hobby that would help you stay fit. Gardening, swimming, cycling, and many other hobbies help you maintain the figure you have achieved with dieting. Join Yoga, aerobics, or any such classes.

Incorporate these little changes in your daily routine and keep looking slim and gorgeous even when you have finished doing HCG diet.
