How to Be Successful on the HCG Diet


The HCG Diet is one of the diets out there that has many people talking. It is a way in which people are losing weight when so many other diet plans have failed. The use of the HCG hormone and a strict diet plan that only allows 500 calories for the entire day is the way in which most people are losing weight in areas that they never thought that they could lose weight. However, a common question is just how can the person make sure that the diet works for them? The answer is to make sure that they are doing everything that the diet says to do. However, what is it that the diet says the person has to do?

The first is the strict diet. The person is allowed to have water throughout the day, as well as coffee and tea. However, the sugar is limited to one teaspoon a day. The meals are the hardest part to follow on the diet since they are so strict in what you can and cannot eat. For example, fruit wise the person is limited to apples, oranges, strawberries and grapefruits. While in the vegetable department, they are limited to cabbage, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower and whatever else the doctor deems as appropriate since they are the ones that set the diet for the person. In order to make sure that the person is not taking in too many calories, they must be certain that they are following the diet to the exact measurements and calorie intake. If not, they are not going to lose the weight as much since they are not following the guidelines, and make sure that you are not tempted by the delicacies that you cannot have, which may mean staying home a bit more.

The HCG hormone is also a big part of this diet, and is something that the person must make sure that they are taking everyday for the course of while they are on the diet. Too many times, the person will simply follow the diet, but it is the HCG that helps to shed the fat in those hard to lose areas since it directs the brain to do so. Therefore, using the injections everyday, just as the doctor shown the person how to do is the only want to ensure success.
