Specific diet resolution – formula that works

What do you eat while on this diet? What do you refrain from eating? The answers to these questions could help you understand your path. Your doctor is the best person to plan a diet chart. He/she knows your past and present health condition and assesses your specific dietary needs. However, here are a few tips for all dieters.

1) Stick to a cup of tea/coffee (minus the sugar)

2) Have 100 grams of lean protein for lunch/dinner (fish, chicken, veal, shrimp, lobster, etc)

3) Have one breadstick or Melba toast for lunch/dinner

4) Have one vegetable (tomato, spinach, onion, cucumber, celery, etc)

5) Have one fruit (apple, orange, half lemon, few strawberries, blueberries, etc)

6) One tablespoonful of milk per day is permissible

7) Juice of one lemon is also permissible

8) No oil or butter while you are on diet

9) Acceptable seasonings include salt, pepper, mustard powder, vinegar, garlic, parsley, sweet basil, thyme, etc.

10) Increase water intake to maximum

Just making a resolution to lose weight using HCG dietary program would never yield effective results if you set an impossible target. If you think that you could lose 100 pounds in a week, it is both unachievable and dangerous too. A capable diet doctor could help you understand what would be a healthy weight loss goal for you.
