Breakfast: You can have tea or coffee in the breakfast. But you should not add sugar to tea or coffee. It is better to avoid milk, since you can only have a tablespoon of milk a day. Stevia or Saccharin can be used.

Lunch: 100 gm of meat is allowed in the lunch. You can opt for chicken breast, beef, turkey, lobster, shrimp or crab. But don’t have more than 100 gm of meat. Along with that you can have one Melba toast or a breadstick. Your lunch is incomplete without vegetables. You should have vegetables like cabbage, spinach, celery, green salad, asparagus, tomatoes, chicory, red radishes, onions, fennel, cucumbers and beet greens.

Snacks: Have fruits as snacks instead of having junk foods. Fruits like apple, orange, strawberry, grapefruit are good for HCG dieters.

Dinner: The choices for dinner are same as lunch.
