HCG Diet Creams vs injections

HCG True Diet explains the differences between HCG diet creams and injections.  Both are used during first 2 phases of the HCG diet.  The HCG must be administered daily during this time.
HCG injections
The HCG True diet is a version of the popular HCG diet that uses the power of HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) to help people lose weight.  The protocol follows closely to Dr. Simeon’s book “Pounds and Inches.”  According to the HCG True Diet protocol, dieters have a couple of options to administer the HCG.  The most popular options are the HCG cream and HCG injections.  The cream is a tropical cream that is compounded with HCG.  By rubbing the cream on daily, the HCG is transmitted through the skin using a special emollient.   The process is painless and easy.  However, some dieters worry that the cream might now be as effective as injection.  Dr. Robert True of Colleyville Texas doesn’t believe this to be the case, “The cream is equally effective as the injections for helping people lose weight.”

Dieters who chose to inject themselves must do so daily and will be told the amount to inject by their doctor.   Self-injection is a process that can be learned easily and some patients prefer injections.  However, the idea of injecting oneself can cause some people to become squeamish.  If you fall into this category then it is highly recommended that you choose to apply the HCG through a cream.

Ultimately, the decision of injections or using a tropical cream to administer the HCG is a personal preference.  Both are equally effective in getting results.  If possible, try both application to see if you prefer one or the other.  Either way, you can rest assured that you are receiving the HCG in a way that is recommended by HCG True Diet.
