While you undergo the HCG Diet, you are on strict guidelines regarding what you can eat. However, this does not mean that you have to sacrifice on the taste factor. Here are a few recipes that can satisfy a gourmet, even when he/she is undergoing the diet program.

Grilled delight – You need chunks of chicken/shrimp (minus the fat), cubes of seasonal veggies, onions and cherry tomatoes. Skewer these on grill sticks. Sprinkle lemon juice and herbs for seasoning and grill.

Fish in herbs – Put herbs (oregano, thyme, basil) along with salt and pepper into a skillet. Add white fish chunks. Sprinkle lemon juice. Add chopped tomatoes and broccoli. Add a few drops of water and cook until done. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.

Fruity delight – Mix fresh pineapple cubes, slices of banana, a few strawberries and blueberries and serve with a sprig of mint. This one is sure to be the easiest of the HCG Diet Recipes! And it sure is yummy!

Tangy chicken – Coat a pan with cooking spray. Add lean chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle lemon juice and a little water, if necessary. Cook for a few minutes. Add chopped orange, tomatoes and sprinkle fresh/dried basil. Cook until done.

Tasty apples – Mix together sugar substitute with pieces of an apple. Put in a microwavable bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cook until the apple pieces are warm and tender.

Gourmet cooking can help you achieve wonderful delicacies even when you are following a strict dietary routine. HCG Diet plan limits the things you can eat, but not the ways in which you can eat them. Opt for nutritious cooking methods like baking, boiling or steaming. Choose seasonings like olive oil and herbs. Just use a little bit of creativity and you can whip up tasty treats with ease.
