Plan you meals for the upcoming week.

The foods you eat are simple and can be easily prepared if you plan your meals accordingly. At the beginning of each week, write a meal plan for the week. This is a menu of what you’re going to eat for the two meals a day: lunch and dinner. Once you sit down and do this a few times, since the guidelines are so easy, planning the meals should be a snap.
