You have to get a food scale. There’s a lot of scales to choose from. A cheap $5 one will do just as good as a $50 fancy one. Always weigh the food raw, especially the protein foods. Weight them with no skin, no fat, and no bones. Measure your vegetable and fruit accurately too. If you prepare you meals ahead of time, measure the individual servings and store them in individual containers for quick preparation.
