Almost all spices have no significant calories in them. Thus, you can use them to your personal taste as much as you want. you can put salt and pepper on your foods and any other style of spice that you like. So spice up your meals and make them different or possibly international. You can go Indian with cumin, curry and fennel; go Mexican with cilantro, chili and jalapenos; or Italian with oregano, garlic and nutmeg. Nothing wrong with “spicing” up your life when you “diet” to lose weight.
